Joining Beautiful Hills Academy
A big majority of our learners have never been to school due to the remoteness of the region, among other reasons.
We are delighted that you are considering us for your child's education. Beautiful Hills Academy is an all inclusive school and every child is eligible for admission, based on merit, availability of seats and an admission test where the previous academic year’s percentage of marks scored are above average.
Our application process which begins with an assessment interview, is designed to identify each candidate’s unique qualities, to learn more about their strengths and the best ways we can support them.
Assessment Interview
All parents intending to bring their children to learn in Beautiful Hills Academy MUST accompany them to the interview in person.
There is a Kshs. 1,000 fee for the Entrance Exam, which is payable on the day your child/children come in to do the test.
You will receive the results the same day after completion of the interview. Successful candidates will be required to pay the admission fee when collecting the results after a discussion with parents. All admissions to the School are only made through the school's administrator, and payments done by MPESA.
Because interviews can be intimidating to some children, we have adopted a two-step assessment process which is comprised of an oral and written interview involving teacher recommendations, parent observations, and testing information to evaluate potential candidates, which is more relaxed and friendly for children in the E.C.D.E. years
The school provides free lunch for all the pupils attending interviews. All interviews take an average minimum of three hours depending on the child’s abilities, with intermittent breaks for the assessors to observe the children interacting with others at play in the grounds.

Admission Checklist
Parents should ensure that their children have all curriculum textbooks and exercise books. A list of books and other requirements will be provided upon admission.
Following are the requirements:
- Two copies of the learner's Birth Certificate or vaccination records
- Two passport size photographs and copies of ID for the parent/guardian
- Duly completed assessment book from previous school
- School Leaving Certificate
- Official letter of transfer from previous school
- Two copies of passport photos
- Last two report cards from previous school
- Existing NEMIS number (UPI)
- Payment of school admission fee
